Mustard (Kadugu)
Mustard (Kadugu) are added in stir fry along with other ingredients to give an enhanced flavor to the dish. It is also fried and added in curries, pickles and other vegetable fries. Mustard seeds are ground into paste for making mustard sauce and condiments. It is also used as a medicine to treat common cold, joint pains and in water retention.
