What can I return?
You may request returns for most items listed on Amazon.in that are explicitly identified as “returnable” on the product detail page and/or our policy and within the ‘return window’ period.
Products that are physically damaged, defective, has missing parts, or are different from their description in the product details page are eligible for return.
What are non-returnable items?
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging and needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
An item not marked as non-returnable on the product detail page is eligible for return within the applicable return window if it fulfills one or more of the following conditions:
- Was in a physically damaged condition at the time of delivery
- Has one or more parts of accessories missing
- Does not match with what was ordered
In order to be eligible for a refund
- you have to return the product within 1 calendar days of your purchase
- the product must be unopened and in its original condition.

If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 1 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
All our products go through intense quality check before they are shipped. However, in rare instances a product may get damaged during transit. If you have received a damaged, defective, or wrong product, you can return the eligible products

What qualifies as damaged/ defective/ wrong products?
- Product is not in working condition or has visible cut, crush, tear, broken parts, dents or scratches.
- Product seal is broken and/or there is a leakage.
- Product arrived with parts or accessories missing.
- Product arrived in a different size or color than what was ordered.
- Item does not match product description.
- Entire product missing, but box is not tampered.
- Shipping box is damaged or tampered.
- Products is expired.
Sale:
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Late or missing refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund, first check your bank account again or contact the bank.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.

Shipping:
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Refund:
After we receive the product, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase.
