This policy outlines the procedures for returns, refunds, and exchanges for items purchased through our website, keeping in mind the variety of goods we offer.

1. Request Window:

• You must initiate a return or exchange request within 1 calendar day of receiving your order. Prompt notification is essential, especially for perishable or damaged items.

2. Conditions for Return or Exchange:

You may request a return (for refund) or an exchange if an item meets one or more of the following conditions upon delivery:

• The product is physically damaged (e.g., package is crushed, leaking, torn open, dented).
• The product itself is defective (e.g., expired, contaminated, not working as intended for non-food items).
• The product has missing parts or accessories (where applicable).
• The wrong product or variant (size, flavor, type) was delivered compared to your order confirmation.
• The product received is expired or nearing expiry significantly sooner than reasonably expected (unless explicitly sold as near-expiry with a discount).

3. Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items:

Due to the nature of our products, certain items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they meet the conditions listed in Section 2 (i.e., arrived damaged, defective, wrong, or expired). These include:

• Perishable Goods: Items like Dairy products, Bakery items (Cakes), and fresh produce once accepted at delivery. Please inspect these carefully upon arrival.
• Opened/Used Consumables: Any food item (Atta, Flour, Biscuits, Snacks, Oils, Ghee, Drinks, Dry Fruits, Pulses, Rice, Salt, Spices, Sugar, Tea, Coffee, Vathal, Noodles, Pasta), personal care (Hand Wash, Antiseptics), or cleaning product (Dishwashing, Laundry, Home Essentials, Pest Control) that has been opened or used after delivery, unless a defect (like contamination) is discovered upon opening.
• Personal Hygiene Items: Items like opened Antiseptic Liquids or Hand Wash refills, unless defective upon arrival.
• Items explicitly marked as “non-returnable” or “final sale” on the product page.

4. Required Condition for Eligible Returned/Exchanged Items:

When a return or exchange is approved based on Section 2 conditions (and isn’t excluded by Section 3), the item being sent back must be:

• Ideally in its original packaging, even if opened to discover a defect.
• Include any parts or accessories that came with it.
• Must be accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase/order number.

We reserve the right to reject a return or exchange if the damage appears to be due to customer misuse or mishandling after delivery.

5. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:

This is mandatory for processing.
3. Await Instructions: Our team will review your request and evidence. We will provide instructions for the return/exchange process, which may involve return shipping or disposal of the item depending on the situation.

6. Exchange Policy & Process:

• Eligibility: Exchanges are primarily offered for items meeting conditions in Section 2 (damaged, defective, wrong item, expired). We generally do not offer exchanges for reasons like ordering the wrong item by mistake, change of mind, or dislike of taste/flavour for consumable products, due to the nature of groceries and household goods.
• Availability: Exchanges are subject to the availability of the correct/replacement item. If unavailable, a refund will be processed instead (subject to return conditions).
• Shipping Costs for Exchanges: If an exchange is approved due to our error (damaged, defective, wrong item, etc.), we will cover reasonable costs associated with returning the original item (if required) and sending the replacement. We will guide you on the shipping method.
• Price Differences: Not typically applicable as exchanges are usually for the same item, corrected. If a substitution is agreed upon, any price difference will be handled manually (refund or additional payment).

7. Refund Process (For Returns):

This applies when a return for refund is approved.

1. Verification: We will verify the issue based on your evidence and inspect the item if it is returned.
2. Approval: Once approved, the refund is initiated.
