At S Panchanathan Stores, getting your order is simple. We use our in-house team for hyperlocal deliveries and trusted partners (Indian Postal Service, Professional Couriers, Shiprocket) for Tamil Nadu & Rest of India, based on location and order weight.

Exchange or Return of Goods

Received an item that's damaged, defective, expired, wrong, or has missing parts? Please follow our policy:

  • Act Fast: You must request a return/exchange within 1 calendar day of receiving your order.
  • How to Request:
    • Contact us immediately by Phone (8344502106) or Email (shopperspot.kallakurichi@gmail.com).
    • Provide your Order ID, item name, and describe the issue.
    • Clear photos of the problem are mandatory.
  • What Can Be Returned/Exchanged: Items that are physically damaged, defective, missing parts, expired, or the wrong product/variant delivered.
  • What Cannot Be Returned/Exchanged (Generally):
    • Perishables (Dairy, Bakery, fresh produce) once accepted at delivery.
    • Opened/used consumables (food, personal care, cleaning items) unless a defect is found upon opening.
    • Items marked "non-returnable" or "final sale."
  • Condition for Return: If approved, items should ideally be in original packaging with all parts and proof of purchase.

Our team will review your request and guide you. Refunds are processed to your original payment method, typically within 5-7 business days after approval and inspection (if applicable).

What if I receive a damaged or wrong item?

Is next-day delivery available on all orders?
