Delivery questions

Is there cash on delivery?

No. Door delivery and courier orders are paid online by UPI or card. You can pay cash when you pick up at the shop.

How do I know if you deliver to my home?

Type your pincode at checkout, or tap the delivery line at the top of any page. Door delivery is for homes within 2 km of the shop; checkout shows only the ways that reach your address.

Some items say Kallakurichi only. Why?

Cold, heavy or fire-risk items cannot go by courier. We bring them to homes near the shop, or keep them for pick up.

When do weekend courier orders leave?

Courier orders placed from Friday 11 AM to Sunday leave the shop on Monday.

What if I order after 5 PM?

Door delivery moves to the next delivery day. Checkout shows the time slots you can still pick.

How do I track my order?
