Here’s a recipe for making Kondakadalai Sundal:
- Wash and soak the chickpeas overnight in cold water.
- Drain the chickpeas and put them in a pressure cooker.
- Cook the chickpeas, then drain them.
- Heat oil in a pan and fry the seasoning ingredients for a minute.
- Add the cooked chickpeas and salt.
- Add coconut and toss.
