Here’s a recipe for making Kondakadalai Sundal:

  • Wash and soak the chickpeas overnight in cold water.
  • Drain the chickpeas and put them in a pressure cooker.
  • Cook the chickpeas, then drain them.
  • Heat oil in a pan and fry the seasoning ingredients for a minute.
  • Add the cooked chickpeas and salt.
  • Add coconut and toss.
